Downloading and installing the pacify Android app
We host our Android app directly on pacify.bet so you can download it safely in one step. Open your phone's browser, visit our home page, and tap the Android App link. Your phone will download a file called pacify.apk (or similar). Before installation, allow your phone to install apps from unknown sources — this is a security setting in your phone's Settings app under Security or Apps
Once installation finishes, tap Open to launch pacify for the first time. You'll see the login screen. If you already have a pacify account, enter your username and password. If you are new, tap Register and follow the sign-up flow: email, password, phone number, and a quick identity check. Registration takes about two minutes.
First login and account verification
When you first log in to our Android app, pacify shows your account summary: current balance, pending promotions, and upcoming football matches. We require email and phone verification before your first deposit — this is a legal requirement we apply uniformly across all jurisdictions where our services are available.
Verification takes subject to verification. Tap Verify account in the menu, upload a photo of your identity document (national card, passport, or driving licence), and confirm your phone number via SMS. Once verified, your wallet unlocks and you can deposit.

Withdrawals from the pacify app
When you're ready to cash out, tap Withdraw in your wallet. pacify shows your current balance and withdrawal options: mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank transfer back to your mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet account. Enter your withdrawal amount and select your destination account. We verify that the account matches your registered identity — this is a fraud-prevention requirement we apply uniformly.

Bank transfers may take 1-2 business days depending on the bank. Common issues: if a deposit does not credit after 2 hours, check your payment method's transaction history to confirm payment went through. If it did, contact our support team with your transaction ID. If you cannot log in, verify your internet connection and confirm your username and password. For technical problems like app crashes, try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version from our home page.
